TGX Medical Systems wins the Best Chance of Success prize at the first Indiana Venture Idol Competition

Anderson-based Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems is the top winner of the first Indiana Venture Idol Competition. XADS was awarded $10,000 for its non-lethal laser-directed energy weapons, which can disable and/or incapacitate aggressors from distances up to 30 feet. The Best Chance of Success $1,000 prize went to Carmel-based TGX Medical Solutions for its supply-chain-management software. Thirty Indiana-based entrants pitched their innovative products or companies to a panel of judges who awarded prizes in several categories.
